George Eastman House is a wonderful place to visit in Rochester because is a venue in which we can identify a little bit more the history in this beautiful city. I really would enjoy visiting this House and recognize its value for this society.

REPETION

In listening and speaking class we studied repetition. We listened to Winton Churchill's 1940 we shall never surrender speech. Here is my practice talk using repetition. People should discover the real value of love... people should be more helpful... people should live in peace... people should smile more often... people should forgive frequently... people should pray everyday... people should just love and sometimes to love a little bit more...

HOMELESSNESS

Homelessness is a terrible reality in Rochester city. Myriad people do not have the opportunity to attend school and then consequently they do not have the chance to be prepared for a high level education such as college or university. This critical problem does not enable people to access to jobs whereby they can get high incomes.

There is a very interesting quote from people who deal with this situation, “we are homeless but not hopeless.” This sentence makes me feel encouraged because homeless, despite their situation is hard, they have a hope to continue working for their future and keep going finding new strategies in order to propel a project of new opportunities and challenges.
